This production line is used to make different kinds of PP strapping band. It consists of extruder, machine head/ die, cooling unit, haul off unit, heating unit, stretching part, embossing part, winder and electrical system etc.

Screw of the extruder: special designed, machine head die mouth gap adjustable so that it suits for product specification change.
